Progress Multimedia is owned and operated by Earl Menser, of Dawson Springs, KY. I began building web sites in 1997 as a hobby by running an online car show. My hobby quickly turned into a service by designing and maintaining www.dawsonsprings.com  on a volunteer basis (which I now own). Volunteer work evolved into paid work when others began requesting web sites for election campaigns, real estate services, churches, ecommerce – and the list goes on.

Other than a link at the bottom of designed sites and the Progress Multimedia web site, I've never advertised for services. My work comes from customer referrals with the belief that if I take care of my customers, then my customers will take care of me. I do web sites because I want to, not because I have to!

I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership from Mid-Continent University, with an Associate of Applied Science Degree; Business Technology / Management option from Madisonville Community College.

I have over 22 years of manufacturing experience with local manufacturing. Since 1990, I have been employed as the Quality Assurance Manager, ISO 9001 Quality System Program Manager, ISO 14001 Environmental Program Manager and ISO 18001 Occupational Safety & Health Program Manager, as well as Trainer for a local Hopkins County Manufacturing Facility.

Progress Multimedia takes advantage of the internet by operating through the internet. There is not a Progress Multimedia office. When appropriate, I enjoy bringing my service to you. Applying my experience and education, I'll visit your facility to personally learn about your business, club or organization, just as if it were my business, club or organization.

If a onsite visit is not necessary, but a personal visit is needed, I'll gladly meet you at one of my common locations, or at a location of your choice.

By virtue of the internet, many web sites have been requested, information gathered, designed, approved and launched without a personal contact visit. In fact, I've have never met my biggest client face-to-face, although we've been doing business together since 1999.

However, I enjoy spending time with and getting to know my clients.  I want your goals and objectives to be my goals and objectives.  I want the "Progress" of Progress Multimedia to be your "Progress" too.

Using a "Customer Focused" approach to web site development, clients are guided through a web site needs analysis without intimidating computer jargon.

To make things even easier, clients are offered the option to browse a design catalogs.  Design catalogs have hundreds of web site designs to choose from!  This is particularly handy when clients are not really sure what they want. Design catalogs can be sorted by title, keyword or category to make your search quick & easy. As always, I can also start with a blank screen and incorporate your present logo, photos and marketing material to provide a web presence with a unified marketing approach.
